Installation, Training, & Upgrades
Installation and training is billed as time/material. Training will need to be scheduled after initial installation is completed. Having several auction personnel involved in the training is highly recommended.
Future system upgrades for AuctionLIVE! are available upon request. There is no cost for the upgrade, but all time spent will be billed as time and material.
Technical Support
Good’s Technology Services provides remote support for the AuctionLIVE! Software. Support is billed as time/material.
All support calls should be considered billable.
Standard support hours are: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm EST.
After-hour support is available: Monday – Friday, 5:00pm – 9:00pm EST,
and Saturday, 8:00am – 5:00pm EST.
Additional Notes
A local, reputable IT company is required for network configuration and equipment, computers, printers, and any additional peripherals or support related to the auction system.
Internet connectivity is required for any remote troubleshooting or support from Good’s Technology Services.
